| By identifying your peak experiences you begin to realize what you've actually done and what skills you bring to the table. These, along with transferable skills are vital in the workplace. For example, if you organized a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity you may have made a plan, built and led a team, created a marketing campaign and raised $10,000. In the business world this could be seen as enterprising, creative problem solving, leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, goal focus and getting the job done.
